Registration for Returning Students
Returning students must reregister for each school year. In order for your child to be considered officially registered at RCDN the below paperwork and documents need to be provided to the school. Any items noted with a * indicates that the school must receive a hard copy of this document.
Parental Contract*: please keep a copy of the parental contract for your records and provide the school with a signed copy.
Universal Health Record*: (must have doctor’s signature and date)
Immunization Records*
Allergy Forms*: These forms only need to be completed if applicable to your child.
Committee and/or board position selections: Descriptions and Form
$125 Non-refundable application fee
One month’s advance tuition which will be applied to June’s tuition (3s - $350/$400, 4s - $450/$550)
For your convenience, please use this checklist to make sure you have all documentation and paperwork in order prior to turning it in to the school. Registration paperwork may be returned to the school at 32 Ridge Road. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CASH IN THE MAILBOX.
